Nathan Thomas holds a CRTP registration with the California Tax Education Council and represents clients before the IRS and the California Franchise Tax Board — audits, unfiled returns, installment agreements, offers in compromise, and penalty abatement.
We work with business owners, families, and people with a complicated year: multiple entities, rental property, multi-state income, equity compensation, or a tax problem that already has a case number. Clients are based in Sacramento and across the country; meetings are by phone or video, and documents move through a secure portal.
